Shipping

We ship our products to available destinations through our fulfillment and shipping partners. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and order processing time. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped, when tracking is available.

DELIVERY COST

REFUND POLICY

We refund cases of fraud and unauthorized transactions, including applicable shipping and handling charges. Contact customer service to obtain assistance with a refund request.

Additional refunds may be issued at the discretion of the Company. Customers are restricted to receiving a single refund per product ordered. Repetitive refunds are not permitted unless the product, as delivered to You, is defective or otherwise qualifies under the applicable refund terms.

To process a refund, You may be required to supply your name, order information, and delivery address. If You provide insufficient or incorrect information, your refund may be delayed.

Eligible products must be returned in accordance with the Company’s return instructions and within the applicable return period communicated by customer service. Refund eligibility may depend on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the request.

RETURN POLICY

To obtain a refund, contact customer service and request return instructions. If a return is authorized, You may be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number that must be included with the returned package.

Any authorized return must be sent to the fulfillment address provided by customer service. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly stated by the Company.

Once the authorized return has been received and processed, an eligible refund will be issued to the original payment method. Depending on the payment provider or financial institution, the refund may take additional time to appear on the customer’s statement.

SHIPPING TERMS
